I really like one aspect of this design: the idea that the vector (direction of force) of the artificial gravity is the same as the vector of the ship's acceleration. Instead of fighting the acceleration, the artificial gravity benefits from it at low acceleration, and directly compensates for it at accelerations greater than 1G; this could simply be done by reversing the polarity of the AG emitters. This would be much more elegant and efficient than the scenario depicted in canon Trek, and just about every other show other than maybe Babylon 5. This strikes me as a better way for the Jupiter 2 from Lost in Space - or any other flying saucer/triangle/lifting body - to operate in space, with the edge-on aspect reserved for operating in an atmosphere. This would be the rational way for a type of spaceship known as a torchship to function, using its acceleration to provide artificial gravity for the crew as it does a continual burn outbound. Zero-G would come only during the flipover maneuver; when the ship reaches deceleration attitude, the engines fire again, and gravity returns until orbital insertion at the destination.

On a more Trek-ish note, she does resemble a transitional design from the earlier Earth starfleet classes (completely ignoring NX-01 and the continuity of Star Trek: Enterprise, of course) and the Daedalus class. She's a beauty in any case. :)
